摘要
探讨了PTFE、UHMWPE对PBTP摩擦、磨损性能的影响。结果表明,添加5%的U-HMWPE或PTFE的PBTP与纯PBTP相比,摩擦因数大幅度降低;PV值明显提高,可分别为PBTP的2.4倍和1.6倍;耐磨损性较PBTP提高约20倍和30倍。
The effects of PTFE and UHMWPE on the tribological properties of PBT are discussed.The results indicate: compared with PBT,PBT adding 5% UHMWPE or PTFE,its friction coefficients are reduced greatly,PV values are obviously raised,being 2- 4 and 1.6 times,and the wear resistance is improved 20 and 30 times respectively.
