摘要
本文探讨应用刚塑性有限元模拟扭压变形(变形中沿坯料高度方向施加压力,同时沿横截面方向施加扭矩)时所遇到的具体处理技术,提出一系列算法,开发了镦粗、扭压变形通用的有限元模拟软件,并用该软件将扭压变形时金属的流动规律同一般镦粗时的情况进行了分析、比较。
In this paper,some concrete treatment methods,which are met when using rigid-plastic FEM in the simulation of twist-compression deformation (A process that a pressune is exerted along the height direction of the workpiece,and at the same time,a twisting torque is exerted along into cross-section in the direction duing the process),have been disussed,a seriers of computations have been presented,and a FEM simulation software for upsitting and twist-compression deformation has been produced.the metal flowing theory in the process of twist-compression deformation has been analysized and compared with that of common upsitting by using this program.
