摘要 为三峡闸门钢结构上用的防腐蚀涂层进行的试验。技术路线是采用金属喷镀、有机涂层及两者结合复合层的方法。试验样板结合了三峡水质情况,进行了6000h盐雾试验、交流阻抗试验,及历时8年清水浸泡。提出了数套方案,其保护效果好,可提供不同要求选用。 This paper discusses the protective coatings of dams and steel structures for Three Gorgies of Yangtse River. The experiments used spraying metallic, organic and multi-layer coatings. Before experiments the protective methods of dams and steel structures used in our country and foreign countries were investigated. The spesimens were tested urder similar conditions of Three Gorgies, 6000 h salt spraying test, alternative current impedance test and 8 years duration water immersion test were performed. Several protective systems have shown successful results and can be recommended and selected to use on the project.
