摘要
本文详细讨论了由于JSG-1激光速度干涉仪中延迟元件折射率随光波波长变化而改变,以及由于直接支路端镜M_1和延迟支路端镜M_2的相对位置不满足难零程差条件时,对该仪器的条纹常数的影响,给出了对条纹常数的修正因子,并将条纹常数的相对误差和条纹数的测试误差进行了比较。这对提高JSG—1型激光速度干涉仪的测试精度具有重要意义。
The influences caused by both the refraction index variation with wavelength in the delay element and the unsatisfaction of quasi-zero path difference condition between mirror M1 in direct-leg and mirror M2 in delag-leg, for the fringe constant of model JSG-1 laser velocity interferometer are discussed in this paper in de -tail. The modification factor of fringe constant is given. The relative error of the fringe constant has been compared with the measuring error of the fringe number.This modification has important significance for improving the measuring accuracy of the model JSG-1 laser velocity interferometer.
