高速纺丝拉伸一步法仿TCS工艺的应用及可行性分析

用仿TCS技术生产全取向丝是我国近年发展起来的一条新工艺路线。本文对此新工艺的生产应用及可行性进行了对比性技术经济分析。为POY纺丝技术向高速纺丝拉伸一步法的发展提供了一条新的途径。

Using TCS-like process for the production of FOY is a new technology growing rapidly in China recently,the feasibility and application of this new technology are introduced with compansons in technique and e-conomy,it provides a new way for the development of POY spinning towards the one-step high-speed spin -draw technology.
