A Research of the Limit Width and the Coefficient of Light Source

分析了双孔(双缝)、矩孔(线)、圆环及圆盘光源的极限宽度,计算出这些光源的光源系数。结果表明,这些光源的极限宽度可用同一公式表示,而它们的光源系数却各不相同。

A discussion has been done on the limit width of double holes, moment holes, circular ring and disc so that the coefficients of light sources are calculated. The result shows that the limit widths of all these light sources can be expressed with a formula, and that their coefficients are different.
