高温高频用改性PbTiO_3压电陶瓷材料研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了Pb(Cd1/3Nb2/3)O3、Bi2/3(Cd1/3Nb2/3)O3以及Bi(Cd1/2Ti1/2)O3改性的PbTiO3陶瓷的高温高频压电性能。结果表明,对ABO3型钙钛矿结构的PbTiO3进行A、B位复合取代可得到压电性能优良,适合于高温高频应用的压电陶瓷材料。其优良的压电性能及较好的温度稳定性与A位取代的Bi3+离子价态。 The piezoelectric properties of PbTiO 3 ceramics modified with Pb(Cd 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3,Bi 2/3 (Cd 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 and Bi(Cd 1/2 Ti 1/2 )O 3 were investigated.The experimental results indicate that the ceramic materials with excellent piezoelectric properties for high temperature and high frequency applications can be obtained by complex substitutions of the A and B sites for PbTiO 3 ceramics with ABO 3 perovskite structure.The excellent properties and better temperature stabilities result from the ionic valence and the ionic radius of Bi 3+ in the A site as well as the high Curie temperature of the complex perovskite composition with B site substitution.
