The Relationship of Power Loss of Variable-Frequency Drive with Fast Recovery Power Diodes

本文依据变频电源中开关元件与功率整流管在一工作周期内的完整波形,分析总功耗及各功耗分量与频率的关系,结果说明改善作为续流二极管的功率整流管的快恢复特性是降低变频电源功耗的关键。

Switched power loss and power loss in power devices and rectifiers for variable-frequency drives as a function of frequency according to a typical set of current arid voltage waveforms in power devices and rectifier during one stwiched cycle were discussed. It has been shown that improvement in revers recovery behavior of rectifier is critical condition for reducing the total power loss.
