高职院校管理学原理课程教学改革探索

Research on Educational Reform of Principle of Management in High Technical School

目前,许多高职院校的管理学原理教学与管理实践相分,不论是教学内容,还是教学方法,有很多不能适应变化了的时代要求。本文在分析当前高职院校管理学原理教学现状的基础上,对该课程在教学中的教育理念、教学内容和教学方法提出了一些改进建议。

At present, teaching is separated from practice in management course in many high technical school; Both the content and method of teaching can＇t meet the requirement of the changing era. This article proposed some advice of improvement on education idea, teaching content and method on the basis of analyzing the present situation of the Principle of Management course.
