甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠的临床观察

A clinical observation on MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of oviducal pregnancy.

目的:观察甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法:将66例确诊为输卵管妊娠患者分为两组,对照组:32例,甲氨蝶呤(MTX)单次肌内注射,实验组:34例,甲氨蝶呤(MTX)单次肌内注射联合口服中药。定期监测血β-HCG水平及B超监测包块情况直至正常。结果:对照组与实验组的治愈率分别为75.00%,91.18%,实验组明显高于对照组,且实验组血β-HCG降至正常值的时限明显较对照组短。结论:甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠疗效好,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of MTX combined traditional Chinese medicine on oviducal preg nancy. Methods： 66 patients with oviducal pregnancy were divided into two groups. Contrast group was treated with MTX single-dose intramuscular injection, and study group was treated with MTX single -dose intramuscular injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Results： The curative rate was 75% and 91.2% in contrast group and study group, the shorten time that β-HCG returned to normal level in study group significantly differed from that of contrast group. Conclusion： MTX single-dose intramuscular injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating oviducal pregnancy is highly effective. It was Worth to popularizing in clinical practice.
