三血管气管切面对胎儿大动脉异常的诊断价值

Role of three vessels and trachea view in diagnosis of fetal great artery abnormality

目的：探讨胎儿三血管气管平面（3VT切面）对胎儿大动脉异常的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析2003年4月～2005年12月我院产前超声筛查出的胎儿大动脉异常42例，取胎儿心脏检查的常规6个标准切面，然后在四腔心观的基础上缓慢平行向胎儿头侧移动探头即可显示胎儿三血管气管平面，再叠加彩色多普勒血流显像，观察各房室及大动脉血流分布和血流方向。结果：42例胎儿大动脉异常中34例3VT切面有异常，包括大动脉内径异常、大动脉排列异常、大动脉位置异常、大动脉血流方向异常和大动脉数目异常。8例3VT切面无异常。结论：三血管气管切面对诊断胎儿大动脉异常具有重要的作用。

Objective： To evaluate the role of three vessels and trachea view （3VT） in diagnosis of fetal great artery abnormality. Methods： During the period of April 2003 to December 2005, forty-two fetuses with great artery abnormality were analyzed retrospectively.Results： Thirty-four cases had abnormal signs in 3VT view,including abnormal ratio, abnormal location, abnormal amount and abnormal blood direction of great artery. Additionally, eight cases with fetal great artery abnormality had normal 3VT views. Conclusion： Three vessels and trachea view play an important role in diagnosis of fetal great artery abnormality, which is an important supplement of four chamber view.
