利用高精度的外供结算计量仪表和煤气生产相对稳定这两个条件,确定了当地理想状态,以湿式储气罐作为标准容器对非圆截面下低精度节流计量装置进行修正。

Under the conditions of high precision meter for gas supply settlement and relative stabilization of gas production, the local ideal state is determined. Taking water-sealed gasholder as standard vessel, the low precision throttling metering gear installed on pipe with noneireular cross section is corrected.
