摘要
为解决水资源短缺问题,宿州市拟建6.0×104m3/d的中水回用工程为安徽华电宿州电厂提供中水,介绍了该中水工程的设计参数及设计特点。该工程采用管式混合、折板絮凝、斜板沉淀、气水反冲洗过滤处理工艺,并采用PLC监控系统实现了集中管理、分散控制。该工程具有处理工艺成熟可靠、运行稳定、操作灵活、自动化水平高的特点;此外设计中还充分考虑了安全、环保与节能。
In order to solve the problem of shortage of water resource, Suzhou City plans to construct a project for reusing the reclaimed water to supply water for the Anhui Huadian Suzhou Power Plant. The design capacity is 6.0 × 10^4 m^3/d. Some design parameters and characteristics of the project were introduced. The project adopts tubular mix, baffle flocculation, lamellar settlement, air-water back- wash filtration treatment processes. PLC surveillance and control system is used for centralized manage- ment and decentralized control. The treatment processes used in the project are mature and reliable, stable in operation, flexible in manipulation and high in automatization level. Full consideration is given to security, environment protection and energy-saving in the design.
