血管紧张素Ⅱ和ACEI在缺血性血管再生中的作用

摘要 血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)通过各种信号通路介导对缺血后血管再生的促进作用。但关于AngⅡ的两种受体亚型作用尚有争议。目前有关血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)在缺血性血管再生中的作用得出了促进和抑制血管形成两种结论。因此,ACEI在血管再生中的地位仍存在争议。
