Combined treatment of cerebrovascular diseases by endovascular laser irradiation of blood

脑血管病（ＣＶＤ）为危险人类健康最常见的疾病之一，具有很高的发病率、复发率、致残率和死亡率，目前尚无特异的临床疗法。我们应用血管内激光照射血液疗法（ＩＬＩＢ）治疗３４４７例ＣＶＤ患者，总有效率达９０％以上，尚伴有某些实验室指标的改善，包括改善血液流变学性质和血液动力学参数及组织器官的微循环灌注，提高红细胞变形能力和膜稳定性，纠正脂代谢异常，并具有抗氧化和解毒效应。另外，ＩＬＩＢ尚可刺激免疫系统。

Cerebrovascular disease (CVD)is one of the most common disease affecting human′s health,with high morbility,occurrence,disability and mortality To date,there has been no specific therapy for CVD in clinics.We used a new therapy,intravascular low-energy laser irradiation of blood(ILIB),in the treatment of 3447 patients with CVD.The effective rate of ILIB for CVD was more than 90 percent,accompanied by improvement of some laboratory indices,such as the improvement of hemorrheological properties,hemodynamic parameters and microcirculatory perfusion of some fatal tissues and organs,increase of erythrocyte deformability and membrane stability,correction of lipid metabolic disorders,and antioxidative and detoxificative effects.In addition,ILIB could also stimulate immune system of CVD patients. The authors discussed the possible mechanisms of ILIB in CVD patients in detail.
