学生学业自我妨碍策略的心理根源及干预 被引量:1

摘要 学业自我妨碍现象广泛存在于学习行为中,既不利于学生学业的进步,也不利于学生人格的健康发展。从心理学的角度探讨学业自我妨碍的根源在于学生运用自我价值保护的动机理论、归因理论、个体行为的动因理论和需要层次理论的观点。学校和教师应采取积极措施,对学生的学业自我妨碍的外部刺激和内部动机进行干预,对其进行全面有效的控制,促进学生人格的健康发展。
