广西乡镇医疗卫生服务的主成分分析

Principal Component Analysis of Medical and Health Service in the Villages and Towns of Guangxi

目的全面了解广西乡镇医疗卫生服务状况和探索主成分分析法在评价医疗卫生服务中的应用。方法利用《广西卫生人力资源现状调查与分析》课题基础资料,运用主成分分析法进行统计处理。结果13项观测指标经主成分分析后从中提取5个主成分,其累积方差贡献率为85.90%。结论(1)第1主成分主要与广西乡镇医疗卫生服务状况和医疗卫生服务需求情况有关;第2、3、4主成分与广西乡镇卫生院的经济、经营状况有关;第5主成分与城镇化建设有关。(2)主成分的相关因素的确定需要确立一较客观的、操作性好的原则。

Purpose Have a good understanding of the condition of medical and health service in the villages and towns of Guangxi,and explore the application of Principal Component Analysis in evaluating them. Methods On the basis of information in the key subject-＂The Present Sitution and Analysis of Guangxi Health Human Resource＂,the statistical data are analyzed with Principal Component Analysis. Results Five principal components were withdrawn from the 13 observations targets and analyzed with Principal Component Analysis, the accumulation variance technical progress factor is 85.90%. Conclusion （1） The 1st principal component is related with the condition and demand of medical and health service in the villages and towns of Guangxi; the 2nd, 3rd and 4th principal components are related with the economy and management of the public health centers in the villages and towns of Guangxi; the 5th principal component is related with the cities construction of the villages and towns. （2） The determination of correlation factor of the principal components needs to be established, which should be objective, and operational.
