The Think of Community Health Service that be Set up by First-rate Hospital

社区卫生服务是解决看病难、看病贵的基础。目前的卫生国情需要我们积极探索一个能促进社区卫生服务可持续发展的广泛适用的成功模式,来全面推开社区卫生服务工作。重庆市第九人民医院(国家三级甲等医院)兴办社区卫生服务的模式已经过几年的实践,进行了一些有益的探索。通过对这种模式的探索实践进行回顾与思考,抛砖引玉,以期更多的相关人士来关注社区卫生服务的可持续发展。

Community Health Service is resolved seeking medical treatment is difficult and expensive infrastructure.At present,we need to actively explore the health conditions for a community health service can be widely applicable to the successful model of sustainable development,a comprehensive community health service in progress. The Ninth People＇s Hospital of Chongqing（First-rate Hospital,Level Three）has been set up community health service model years along. Based on this review and practice mode of thinking,hope the more related to personnel attention to the sustainable development of community heatth services.
