摘要
目的分析腹膜透析病人门诊医疗费用的分布和影响因素,探讨终末期肾病医疗付费方式的改革。方法采用单变量相关分析和多变量Logistic回归的方法分析本院腹膜透析中心2006年腹膜透析病人门诊医疗费用及其影响因素。结论病人进入透析时的合并症状况,病人是否患有高血压以及病人的肾功能状况是病人总的门诊医疗费用的影响因素。
Objective To explore an optimal payment system in patients with end-stage renal disease by analyzing the distribution and influence factors of medical expenditure in peritoneal dialysis out-patients. Methods Univariate correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed to study the in fluencing factors of medical expenditure in 229 peritoneal dialysis out-patients from the Peritoneal Dialysis Center of Peking University. Conclusion The severity of comorbidity at the initiation of dialysis,presentation of hypertension and poor renal function were independent determinants of increased total out-patient＇ s medical expenditure in peritoneal dialysis patients.
