摘要
通过对某医院的个案分析,试图探讨计件绩效工资的员工激励机制在公立医院得以实施的外部基本条件和内部制度保证,并分析其有待完善之处,为公立医院加强内部管理,完善运行机制提供参考。
The employee's motivation and the interior measurement system in public hospital were discussed by studying the case of S hospital.The policy suggestions for enhancing interior management and perfecting operational mechanism were provided by analyzing the performance in s hospital.
