硬膜外阻滞下剖宫产术后并发格林巴利综合征 被引量：12

摘要 格林巴利综合征，又称急性炎症性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病，系前驱感染、局部神经损伤启动的周围神经或合并中枢神经组织脱髓鞘的自身免疫性疾病。1968年Arnason等。首次报道腰麻下术后并发急性多发性神经根神经病变。腰麻和硬膜外阻滞下术后并发格林巴利综合征极为罕见，病情危重，预后很差。近5年来本院3例患者硬膜外阻滞下行剖宫产术后并发格林巴利综合征，现总结如下：
