摘要
试验以山西交城文冠果种子为材料,用赤霉素、萘乙酸、2,4-D、6-BA、吲哚丁酸对文冠果种子进行了处理,并对其生理生化指标——POD、PPO、SOD和CAT酶活性进行了测定与分析,并结合对其物候期进行了观察,结果表明:1)不同激素处理对SOD影响:GA3最强,6-BA次之,2,4-D最弱;2)不同激素、不同浓度处理对苗子POD、PPO的活性影响不明显;3)不同激素、不同浓度处理能极显著地影响SOD酶活性,不同激素处理也能极显著地影响CAT酶活性,对提高适应性有积极意义;4)文冠果的物候期表现与山西交城县基本相似,从气候条件考虑引种是可能的。
This Experiment treated Shanxi "Jiaocheng" Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge's seeds with different hormones(GA3,NAA, 2,4-D, 6-BA and IAA), measured and analyzed its psychological indexes such as enzyme activity of POD ,PPO,SOD and CAT. The results showed:(1) GA3had the most important influence on SOD (the main protective enzyme)of the seed, next is 6-BA,the weakest one is 2,4-D'(2) Different hormones had little influence on POD, PPO activity of the seed;(3) Different hormones with different concentrations had obvious influence on SOD of the seed; Different hormones also had obvious influence on CAT of the seed;(4) phenology of Xanthoceras sorbifolia in shihezi region was similar to that in Shanxi jiaocheng,so the introduced Xanthoceras sorbifolia in Shihezi is feasible according to the climate.
