摘要
就当前教育改革的热点及现状,论述了教育公平与基础教育均衡发展的内涵与存在的主要问题,并提出一些个人的建议。
Focusing on the heated topic and present situation of education reform,this paper discusses the connotation and main problems of fair education and balanced development of elementary education,and also provides personal suggestions on it.
