电子束焊机束流干扰信号的分析与抑制

Analysis and Suppression of the Interfering Signals for Electron Beam Welder

本文在分析电子束焊机束流产生干扰信号机理的基础上，提出了对高压变压器采用双屏蔽，从而消除干扰信号的方法。经实验证明，效果良好，很有实用价值。

Based on the analysis of the reason why the interfering signals are caused by the beam of the electron beam welder, this paper proposed a new method to eliminate the interfering signals by having the HV transformer being dual shielded. And this method is shown to be satisfied with a given test.
