摘要
开发出一种兼具陶瓷填料及不锈钢丝网填料性能的新型三维网状陶瓷填料,该填料以12面体丝网状聚氨酯材料作前驱体,通过浸渍、喷涂陶瓷泥浆,烘干后制备出高气孔率的通孔网眼素坯,然后经电炉烧结成网状陶瓷板填料Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型2种填料样品,并对其进行了理化性能、流体力学和传质性能测试.测试结果表明,2种填料的传质性能较好,Ⅱ型比Ⅰ型填料沟槽多,通量更大,综合性能更好.
A new type of tridimension reticular ceramic packing has been prepared, which has prop erties of both ceramic packing and reticular mental packing, A dodecahedra reticular polyurethane material was used as a precursor. The material has been made into a through hole green of high bulk density by dipping, spraying ceramic mud and drying. The reticular ceramic packing I and packing Ⅱ have been made by being roasted in a electric furnace. Their efficiency on fluid dynamics and mass transfer properties have been tested, the results show that both have efficient mass transfer properties. With more ditches and larger flowing, packing Ⅱ is of better comprehensive properties and has better prospects of extensive use,
