摘要
将填充气相色谱仪改装成为毛细管柱、填充柱两用气相色谱仪。对注样系统的改造是测定强极性物质时实现灵敏、准确、高效分离测定的关键。方法有效塔板数1.82万,重现性偏差小于±3%,回收率大于98%,检出限2ppm。
A packed column gas chromatograph is adapted into a two-column system with both capillary and packed columns. The modified capillary column chromatograph has been used for the determination of micro amount n-butanol in n-butyl ether. The injection system is the key element of the modification to realize the sensitive,precise and efficient determination. The effective plates are 18200. The relative deviation of reproducibility is less than ±3% and the recovery is 98%~105%.
