摘要
试验对鹅副黏病毒NA-1株和鸡新城疫F48E9强毒株的抗原变异性进行了研究。经交叉血凝抑制试验、鸡胚交叉中和试验,采用R值分析方法,用抗原比值定量确定2种抗原的相似程度。结果表明:R值分别为0.446和0.500,二者确实存在抗原差异。
The relationship between antigenic variation of Goose paramyxovirus NA - 1 strain and that of Newcastle disease virus F48E9 strain was studied with R value analysis, which contains cross hemagglutination inhibition test and chick embryo cross-neutralization test. The R value is 0,446 and 0. 500 respectively. The results revealed that there was indeed some difference between the two antigens.
