以吉林省榆树市五棵树镇农产品加工业为研究对象,运用因果分析、推理演绎的方法,在系统认识产业升级的环境和条件基础上,从提高产业的科技含量、区域开放度和市场适应性3个角度,确定了产业升级的目标和途径;针对产业升级过程中的潜在风险,从龙头企业战略决策、地方政府政策实施和竞争合作机制建立角度,提出了促进五棵树镇农产品加工业升级的对策。

The escalation of agricultural product processing industry of small town plays a significant role in improving the competitive power of town-level economy and solving the issues concerning agriculture, countryside, and farmers. Based on a systematic cognitive of the environment and conditions and the methods of analysis and deduction, this article discusses the objective and ways from three facets including the improvement of technology level, regional opening degree and market adaptability, for the escalation of agricultural product processing industry of Wukeshu town. In accordance with the potential risk, from strategic decision of leading enterprises, policy of regional government, and mechanisms of competition and cooperation, this article provides countermeasures to promote agricultural product processing industrial escalation of Wukeshu town.
