摘要
分析了无轴承开关磁阻电机(SRM)径向悬浮力产生原理。考虑磁饱和,以非线性磁化曲线为基础,建立了无轴承SRM的ANSYS有限元二维模型,对一台原理样机进行了电磁场分析,计算了转矩与悬浮力特性。将计算结果与采用线性磁化曲线时的有限元结果进行了比较,结果显示出考虑磁饱和的必要性,同时为样机的有效控制奠定了基础。
Principle of producing radial force in bearingless switched reluctance motor (SRM) is analyzed. The nonlinear magnetization curve is employed to calculate the saturation of electromagnetic field. The 2-D finite element model of prototype is established, and the characteristics of radial force and torque are obtained. Comparison with the result based on linear magnetization curve shows that the magnetic saturation should be taken into account for the bearingless SRM, and the results based on nonlinear magnetization curve provide the base for the control of the bearingless SRM.
