雷达旅(团)组网雷达情报处理能力的定量评估,采用灰色层次分析方法。其一级指标对目标权重的确定,利用决策者填写的简易表格法建立判断矩阵。二级指标对一级指标系数的确立,通过对指标值矩阵的计算得到,包括建立评估指标值矩阵及确立评估灰类。最后利用所求矩阵和相对于目标组合权重的乘积进行综合评估。

The giving weight from the second indicator to the first one utilizes the indicator matrix, including establishing the matrix of evaluation indicator and establishing the grey clustering assessment. At last, it makes use of the product of the Matrix and the combination weight relative to the target to synthesize evaluation.
