Numerical Analysis of Ceramic Composite Target Penetrated by 30mm Semi-AP Projective with Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics

摘要 30mm口径半穿甲模拟弹侵彻陶瓷/金属复合靶板,采用非线性有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D进行数值模拟。陶瓷采用SPH算法,其余部分采用有限单元法。模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合,避免了纯Lagrangian算法处理大变形、大应变率和高压作用中的网格消蚀和网格重分。研究表明该算法可行有效。 The penetration ceramic/steel target of 30mm caliber semi-AP adopts the finite element analyzing software ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D to carry out numerical simulation. The ceramic adopts the SPH algorithm, and the other adopts finite element algorithm. The simulation results meet the testing results. And avoid the mesh rezoning or mesh eroding at the same time when the ceramic subjected large strain, large strain-rate and high pressure by using Lagrange algorithm for ceramics. The research shows that the algorithm is valid and possible.
