摘要
研究了纯Cu经900℃4h渗Al层的Al浓度分布及对α相结构的影响。结果表明,渗层表面Al含量与渗剂中的纯Al粉含量有关,纯Al粉含量小于4%时,渗层Al浓度分布与扩散定律计算值相符。渗层组织主要是α固溶体,α相的点阵常数值随Al浓度增加呈直线上升。
Al concentration of aluminizing layer for pure copper at 900℃ for 4 hours and its effect on α phase structure are studied in this paper.The results show that Al content of the layer surface is concerned with pure Al content in the agents,and Al concentration is coincidied with the calculation by diffusion rule when Al content is <4%.The α phase is the major portion of aluminizing layer microstructure,and α phase lattice constant is increased in direct ratio with Al content.
