“BCN” Research Progress for a New Superhard Materials

摘要 介绍了当前国际上制备类石墨结构“BCN”的方法和符合实验事实的类石墨结构“BCN”的层内原子排布模型及其理化性质,综述了“BCN” This paper reviewed the preparation and properties of graphite-like BCN and the models of atom arrangements of networks of the material. The progress of diamond-like BCN synthesis was smmarized BCN will be a perftect superhard materials.
