摘要
通过对双肘杆锁模机构运动几何关系的分析,利用传动比建立了锁模机构中液压缸位移和动模板位移之间的数学传递关系,对传动比、等效质量、肘肝力、节点摩擦力、动模板的锁模力、动模板的移动位移等参数进行了仿真计算,研究工作对全面认识锁模机构运动特性、设计动模板位置的闭环控制系统具有理论和实际意义。
Based on the analysis of geometric relationship of double-toggle clamping unit, mathematic transfer function between the hydraulic cylinder position and the moving platen in clamping unit is established by employing the speed ratio. A series of parameter, such as speed ratio , equivalent mass , toggle force, joint frictional force, mould clamping force and shift displacement of moving platen etc. are simulated for the purpose of understanding the specific property of clamping unit.
