Strengthening Contingent Construction to Enhance the Level of Laboratory

提出实验室队伍建设关键是更新观念,提高认识,教师要把精力放在学生身上,要想办法吸引教师、学生到实验室中去。实验室要着重培养动手能力,要开放实验室,为地方经济发展服务,提高实验室水平。

This paper proposed that the key to lab contingent construction is to renew ideas. Teacher must put his energy and attention on the students. The most important thing is how to attract the teacher and student go to laboratory. Training of the manipulative ability should be stressed in laboratory. Opening laboratory to serve for local economy, so as to enhance the level of laboratory.
