高校实验室发展水平是高等教育发展的重要标志,直接影响到创新人才培养及和谐社会的建立。结合国家级实验教学示范中心建设,阐述管理部门在高校实验室发展建设过程中所发挥的重要作用,以及通过协调、管理和服务等职能来积极推动、重点打造国家级实验教学示范中心的经验和做法,努力探索高校实验室建设的新理念、新思维、新方法、新路子。

The laboratories development of the institutions of higher learning is an important sign of the development of higher education, which influences the cultivation of the innovative talents and the establishment of the harmonious society. This paper discussed the important role played by the management authorities in the process of the construction and the development of the laboratories of the institutions of higher learning, coupled with the construction of the experiment teaching model center at the state level. The paper also dealt with the experience and practice of constructing the experiment teaching model center at the state level by functions of coordination, management and service to explore the new concepts, new thinking, new ways and new methods in constructing the laboratories in the institutions of higher learning.
