工作场所信念及提升方法 被引量:4

摘要 工作场所信念是指个体内心的生活会支持社会背景下有意义的工作,而有意义的工作也会培养和支持个体的内心生活。文章在简要介绍国外工作场所信念研究理论发展之后,提出了在企业人力资源管理实践中提升工作场所信念的四种策略。
