抗血小板聚集药物在预防缺血性卒中方面起着重要的作用。本文详细介绍了抗血小板聚集药物阿司匹林、噻氯吡啶、氯吡格雷、双嘧达莫、血小板糖蛋白(glycoprotein,GP)Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂、西洛他唑、三氟柳、安步洛克和曲克雷丁在防治缺血性卒中方面的作用机理以及用药方法,为临床医师用药提供借鉴。
Anti-platelet drugs play a major role in preventing cerebral ischemic strokes. In the review, commonly used anti-platelet drugs such as aspirin, ticlopidine, clopidogrel, etc. , were simply and concisely introduced in light of their mechanisms and using methods, in order to help physicians to properly apply them clinically.
