摘要
建立了由企业多层次人员参与,战略符合度、竞争能力以及项目组合选择多目标优化三阶段的R&D项目组合选择决策过程;根据决策过程特点以及决策支持系统发展趋势,构建了基于综合集成哲理的决策支持系统体系构架,并提出在定性与定量分析过程中使用层次灰色评价进行决策研讨,复合期权度量R&D项目收益,Pareto多目标遗传算法求解优化模型,为企业高层管理者提供了有效的支撑工具进行R&D项目组合选择。
It presents a three- phase R&D portfolio selection decision process, which can evaluate strategy, enterprise competence and multi- objective optimization of portfolio selection with the staff's participation ofdifferent fields. According to the characteristics of decision process and the developing tendency of decision support system, it sets up decision support system architecture based on the Meta - Synthetic thoughts. Furthermore, hierarchy gray evaluation, compound option and the Pareto multi - objective genetic algorithm are used respectively to implement decision workshop, benefit measurement and solving multi - objective optimization model. The DSS can support the enterprise executives construct R&D portfolio effectively and efficiently.
