摘要
在比较数控车床加工工艺与传统加工工艺的基础上,对数控车床加工工艺中的关键问题进行了深入分析,总结了数控车床的工艺设计方法。通过实例,证明了正确地进行数控车床加工工艺分析与设计有助于提高零件加工质量和生产效率。
Based on the comparison of traditional process with NC machining about lathe, it analyzes the key technique of NC turning machining, summarizes the method on process plan design. The application case proves that the correct analysis and design of NC turning process is helpful to improve parts quality and production efficiency.
