摘要
如何经济有效地除去粗染料中的盐分和副产物一直是染料工业研究的热点。通过实验考察了活性红染料微滤预处理过程和纳滤脱盐过程,结果发现:微滤过程渗透通量基本稳定在90L·h^-1·m^-2。通过预处理料液浊度由190NTU下降到19.7NTU,纳滤浓缩脱盐渗透通量在2.6~3.3L·min^-1范围,最终浓缩液固含量比原料液高出1.5倍,单价盐浓度下降为原来的一半左右。
Pretreatment and desalination of reactive red dyestuff by microfiltration and nanofiltration has been investigated by experiments. The results indicate that the permeation flux of microfiltration maintain 90L · h^-1 · m^-2. The turbidity of raw material decrease from 190NTU to 19. 7NTU. the permeation flux of nanofiltration is in the range of 2. 6-3.3L · min^ -1. The solid content of concentrate is 1.5 times more than raw material and the content of salt is about half of initial content.
