摘要
以3,5-双三氟甲基苯胺为初始原料,利用浓硫酸为介质和亚硝酰硫酸作为重氮化试剂制备3,5-双三氟甲基苯胺重氮盐,再与乙醛肟反应合成3,5-双三氟甲基苯乙酮。该方法可以安全、高效地制备3,5-双三氟甲基苯乙酮。
The 3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl) aniline diazonium salt was synthesized by the reaction of 3,5-bis (trifluoromethyl)aniline with nitrosyl sulfuric acid in concentrated sulfuric acid, and 3,5-his(trifluoromethyl) acetophenone was prepared in a safe and efficient manner from the 3,5-his (trifluoromethyl)aniline and acetaldoxime by reacting 3,5-his (trifluoromethyl)aniline diazonium salt solution with acetaldoxime.
