摘要
本文将力学中矩形薄板稳定的有关公式同焊接残余应力的有关研究成果相结合,探讨了大型贮罐罐底长缝连续焊接的问题,得出了焊到一定宽度就会失稳、翘曲的结论,导出了求解其临界值的方法和主要公式,并用实例作了验证,同时提出了在排板设计和焊接施工中运用的建议.
In combination with mechanical principle of large sheet instability and the phenomenon of welding residual stress, the problem of continuous welding for long seams on large storage tank bottom is approached. A conclusion of both loss in stability and also turnabout buckling is reached as welding continuously over a certain critical length for the bottom seams of large tank. The equation is obtained for this critical length calculation and verification is earned out in practice, and also the welding sequence and procedure are suggested.
