针对转炉托圈焊接时产生层状撕裂问题,从产品结构、焊接工艺等方面入手,分析了撕裂原因,并制定了相应的工艺措施,避免了层状撕裂产生.
The reasons of kmellar tearing in the pallet of revolving furnace is analyzed from the points of structure feature and welding procedure, the measures to prevent lamellar tearing from the pallet arc then worked out in the paper.
