家属配合帮教的心理行为与患者脱毒后操守时间的关系

The Study on Abstinent Time of Drug addicts and Attitude and Behaviors of Their Relatives

目的:通过改变吸毒人员家属配合帮教的心理行为延长脱毒人员的操守时间,提高预防复吸的效果,探索预防复吸的综合干预模式。方法:采用整群抽样和自愿纳入的原则选取干预组脱毒人员,同时,选择相同戒毒所不同楼层的脱毒人员作为对照组。对脱毒人员进行院内干预和对其家属进行院外干预,通过量表和自制问卷方式对结果进行调查,采用EpiData录入数据,SPSS12.0软件包进行数据分析。结果:干预组共有53人,失访率为7.55%;对照组为51人,失访率为15.69%。干预组半年操守率为24.49%,操守时间为83.92±53.14天,对照组戒毒人员的半年操守率为9.30%,操守时间为71.79±53.41天,经过统计学检验,两组无显著性差异(p>0.05);经过Cox生存分析,家属的信心、态度和行为支持是操守时间的影响因素。结论:家属的心理行为对戒毒人员脱毒后的操守时间有直接的影响,通过对吸毒人员家属进行综合形式的干预可以改善家属的焦虑症状,提高吸毒人员脱毒后的操守时间。

Objective： To reduce the relapse rate and prolong abstinent time of the drug addicts by the intervention on their relatives and to explore the integrative intervention model on drug abuse. Methods： The cluster sampling and the freewill principle are used to choose the intervention group and the control group which is chosen in the different buildings of the same drug rehabilitation center. Questionnaires and the measuring scales are used to obtain the data, which are inputted by EpiData and analyzed by SPSS12.0. Results： There are 53 persons in the intervention group and 4 of them are failure to follow up. The number of the control group is 51 and 8 of them are lost when following up. The abstinent rates in six months of the drug-addicts among the two groups are 24.49 percent and 9.30 percent respectively. The abstinent times are 83.92± 53.14 days and 71.79± 53.41 days. But with the X^2test there is no significant difference of the abstinent rate between the two groups （p〉0.05）. The confidence, attitude and the behaviors of the relatives are the influential factors to the abstinent time with the Cox survival analysis. Conclusion： The relatives＇ mental and the behaviors affect the abstinent time directly. The anxiety symptom can be improved and the abstinent time can be prolonged by the integrative intervention to the relatives of the drug-addicts.
