摘要
从PC材料性能出发,探讨分析PC材料电度表壳体超声波焊的焊接性.实践证明:采用合理的焊接工艺,可以得到较为满意的电度表壳体的超声波焊接接头.
The weldability of polycarbonate by ultrasonic energy is studied according to the properties of PC material of meter mask. The experimental results show that the satisfactory weld joint in ultrasonic plastic welding can be obtained by selection of procedure parameters correctly.
