摘要
采用不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)处理臭椿种子,在不同温度及不同光照条件下,研究了GA3、温度及光照对臭椿种子萌发的影响。结果表明,40 mg.L-1的GA3质量浓度、30℃温度以及自然光暗交替处理为臭椿种子萌发的最适条件,臭椿属于喜高温型种子。
The effects of gibberellic acid, temperature and light on the germination of Ailanthus altissirna seeds were studied in this paper. The gibberellic acid concentration was designed 0,20,40,80,160,320 mg· L^-1 separately in this experimentation. The results showed that the most suitable concentration was 40 mg · L^-1 ; The temperature was designed 15,20, 25,30, 35,40 and 45℃, respectively. It was showed that the most suitable germination temperature was 30℃ and the seeds of A. altissima belong to high-temperature favors;The treatment of light was that dark for all of 24 hours,light for all of 24 hours and alternation of light and dark,and it was indicated that the alternation of light and dark treatment was the best. It was resulted comprehensively,the optimum condition of the germination of A. altissima seed was 40 mg· L^-1 GA3,30℃ and natural light and dark alternation treatment.
