肝移植患者的围手术期安全管理

摘要 肝移植手术较为复杂,围手术期患者可发生多系统复杂的病理生理变化,而围手术期治疗质量的高低将直接影响肝移植术的效果和成败,其管理重点不但应从术前病人的检查、评估,有无移植适应证的确定,到手术技术和方式的正确选择,而且要熟悉终末期肝病对患者全身各脏器的影响及其病理生理变化特点,正确处理围手术期的多系统功能紊乱,维持各重要脏器功能接近生理状态,并预防和治疗各种可能的并发症,以确保围手术期的安全。 Liver transplantation was a complex procedure and recipients had complicated patho-physiological changes during peri-operative. The quality of peri-operative management influenced the effective of liver transplantation patients. Safety management was considered not only include the preoperative assessment of recipients, the determination of surgical indications and the selection of surgical technique or performance, but also the best understanding on how end-stage liver failure affected the function of multiple organ systems and the patho-physiological changes, it' s very important to deal with the dysfunction of multiple organ systems and to prevent any complications might affect prognosis of patients timely to insure peri-operation safety.
