以职工需求为导向是新时期对医院工会工作的要求。工会要做到最大限度地满足职工的需求,就必须认识和了解职工需求,从而满足职工的需求。尽管职工需求呈多样化,但工会可以抓住职工共有的需求。工会要建立切实可行的沟通渠道,及时了解职工呼声,并采取有效措施来满足职工的需求。
