摘要
以职工需求为导向是新时期对医院工会工作的要求。工会要做到最大限度地满足职工的需求,就必须认识和了解职工需求,从而满足职工的需求。尽管职工需求呈多样化,但工会可以抓住职工共有的需求。工会要建立切实可行的沟通渠道,及时了解职工呼声,并采取有效措施来满足职工的需求。
Hospital labor union should focus on the labor's demands. It was the request of the labor union working. So the labor' s demands should be understood first. Though the labor' s demands were diversification, the labor union could hold their common characteristics. The labor were considered to establish feasible communications to get labor' s demands on time and meet them.
