为确保患者满意度调查发挥作用,就要建立患者满意度调查管理长效机制,通过提升调查的管理职能,调查方法科学化,调查反馈、讲评、督查、奖惩务实化,保证调查过程的科学性、调查数据的准确性,以及调查结果的实效性。该机制对完善医院质量管理体系、持续提高医疗服务质量以及构建和谐医患关系具有现实指导意义。
A long-term management mechanism considered to be built to insure patient satisfaction survey effectively. In order to keep investigation process scientifically, investigation data accuracy and validity, management functions should be promoted. The mechanism guided hospital quality management system, improved medical quality and promoted to build a harmonious doctor- patient relationship.
